Notebook computers come with many connectors and interfaces. Keyboards, mice, usb ports, pcmcia, phone modems, network, cellular, microphones, webcams, various doc ports, audio in, audio out, wifi, cd drives, memory card readers, finger print readers, video out, dvid, vga, on and on and on. There is one common machine interface that notebook computers do not read thats the credit card...and maybe the bar code (although, webcams are sometimes programmed to do it) Why doesn't amazon subsidize such an interface for pc manufacturers?
